CHAU has a professional Board of Directors (BOD) that meets on a quarterly basis and advices management on the implementation, management and fundraising issues. The organization has had a stable leadership with minimal staff turnover. In addition, CHAU intends to attract multiple and stable donors for over 6 years. CHAU therefore intends to consolidate the achievements gained, promote staff development, and enhance research and policy development in the next 3 years.
