Stacy takes pride in being a role model and loves helping others. Diagnosed with MMR and Cri du Chat Syndrome, a 5th Chomozone disorder, noise has been one area where Stacy experienced challenges. History of the Children’s Dispensary and Hospital Association, Inc. The Children’s Dispensary and Hospital Association began in 1909 as a free dispensary to serve the needs of undernourished children in South Bend.
