Friday, 15 July 2011. Qasr Al Sarab - The Trilogy III. Final day in the desert and we had to tick the "camel riding" box. Sam went for the "Out of Africa" look that would have made Karen Blixen proud, and of course she was fitting right in with the locals. Tuesday, 21 June 2011. Chris tried his luck with the golden lures whilst Sam was watching out for Dolphins. It just wasn't our morning - not even a tiny barracuda wanted to bite. I managed to take a swim and get soaked whilst the fishing experts were working their magic.thankful for the speedy trip home and the 45 degrees to dry off! The morning started with a drive into town with P's brother and sister in-law and their son, to watch the little 8 year old girl perform in her school play, not something we were expecting to do first thing after breakfast! And before you knew it the room was filled with little people all here to see the Hans Cristian Andersen's play "Fyrtøjet" (the Tinder Box).still means absolutely nothing to me! Oh yes its the real deal alright, even down to the scary Mary cooking the sausages.
