Day 1 was at 10,5 cumecs. Day 2 was a whopping 43 cumecs once we hit the Umgeni, with only 10,5 of that going under Dusi bridge. Day 3, just under 25 cumecs. Sunday, February 20, 2011. This week. REST! No more running in the mornings or 6 X 2000m- till next year :). Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Wishing you safe passage to Durban :).

Preparing for the river canoeing season 2011/12 Fish 2011 K2 Dusi 2012 K2. Sunday, April 24, 2011. 25 April- 1 May. 2 weeks of miles start now. Do a 90-105min easy run. Track- fairly long session- do miles or 1000's or a combination. 1 hour run- offroad if you can. Do a 60min run one day with 20min@Tempo. And rest the other day. Doesn't matter which way around you do it. 2h15 very easy- I will do the Splashes run from Kensington @5am and add a loop to end. 3 hour long- Regents doing 29km- route 14 N.
