Stressed spelled backwards is desserts? Wednesday, April 17, 2013. I've lost approximately 30 pounds this year. I've noticed saggy skin everywhere - particularly in my upper arms. I hate them. I always have. They are so huge. It's embarrassing It's like my arms are still the same size as they were when I was over 300 pounds. Anyway, I've noticed them more. Maybe it's because of the warmer weather. I really don't care about my stomach or my thighs. I just care about my arms and back fat. This is TMI time.
