Of total energy intake. This table shows the percentage of the total calories consumed in my diet v.s. the recommended diet. For Energy, Protein, Total Fat, Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. I have exceeded the RDA. To reduce my total fat. Intake, I should ask for less fat or oil in my food when eating out.

Monday, June 27, 2011. Your blog looks great, but maybe you should use 3 health tools instead of just 1 tool! Although you said you used the "Energy and Nutrient Composition of Food" and "Food Intake Assessment" tools, I could only find 1 analysis of your diet using the "Food Intake Assessment" tool. I'm not sure :p. And I agree that the results were indeed shocking! Maybe partly is due to the inaccuracy of the health tools, but I guess we both have to improve our diet all the same! Anyway, I can see that you put a lot of effort to create the table of the components of food, especially using the "Recipe Analysis" tool to find out the components of some of the food you have consumed. Sunday, June 26, 2011. What have I learnt from my eating habits? Tracking my diet for three days made me realise that I snack a lot between meals, and sometimes just before or after meals :p I'll try not to do that anymore! I don't eat fruits and vegetables too :(. Normally, I don't drink fruit juices if I had a choice. But I'll try to make an effort to drink more fruit juice from now on! And eat more leafy green vegetables as well as mushrooms! I quite like mushrooms. Or meat and alternatives. But the r...
