About us About CHOICES. CHOICES Training supports the CHOICES in Aged Care project. What is CHOICES in Aged Care? The CHOICES in Aged Care. Project was a person centred, consumer directed care (CDC) approach to community aged care offering older people, and their carers, more choice, flexibility and transparency in directing their own unique care needs. CHOICES evolved from the People at Centre Stage (PACS). Model of flexible aged care which also informed Australian government aged care reforms.
