Due to overwhelming demand, I have agreed to provide Grandma Purves’ pancake recipe. 1/2 cup hard margarine (melted). 4 tsp baking powder. Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix together flour, egg yolks, margarine, milk, baking powder, and salt. Whip egg whites, add the sugar and fold into the batter. Ladle onto frying pan at medium-low heat.
