Working out harder and eating leaner. So I looked for a rope at the gym today and found one and tried a little skipping rope workout. Holy Crap! I felt like the biggest pansy ever, I mean a 10 year old girl can jump rope all day and I almost died after 30 seconds. Oh well, get the heart rate up and hopefully will get the weighed down.

Monday, August 25, 2008. You Shoulda Heard Me from the Sidelines! In midst of a busy season i must pause to tell you that Atley had his first soccer game on Saturday and scored two goals! After one of his goals he came over to the sidelines, ran by, and shouted, "i love you mom! As he ran past. Thursday, December 22, 2011. This was the first time I used spray painted. I used ivory but I wish there wasn't so much yellow in it. Then I distressed it lightly and put a wax on it.
