He also had the opportunity to present at a conference in Florence, Italy! Bailey and I missed him for those 10 days, but it was a neat opportunity for him. In 1980, Eleanor Ambos, who had a successful antique furniture rental business in Manhattan, bought the then vacant and delapitated building, and restored it. The Comfort Inn, Red Hook.
