Day 14 (Sun 15th Feb 2009). 160;My back is killing me tonight, and I can only blame all the damn deadlifts that I did this morning.  I am not looking forward to the DOMS tomorrow. . On a positive note, myself and my gf were very good last night and ate a completely ED compliant Valentines meal! 160;However, the pure quantity of food I consumed was shocking! 160;Must be why my waist measurement is up 2cm today from yesterday's measurement! Muscle In A Month. Monday, 2 February 2009. Day 1 (February 2nd 2009). Today was challenging (as expected) but really enjoyable. I didn't come away with the "pump" I was expecting, but I've no doubt that the exercises will be making me very sore tomorrow.  I was shattered doing the low back set, and my hamstrings really got a beating! Shoulders:  121.8cm (46.9 inches). Chest:  99.3cm (38.2 inches). Waist:  86.8cm (33.4 inches). Hips:  97.7cm (37.6 inches). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Muscle In A Month. Wednesday, 4 February 2009. Day 4 (Wednesday 4th Feb 2009). Today was a challenging session in the gym.  I managed to squat with two 38kg dumbbells, did lunges with two 12kg dumbbells and did lots of squat jumps, all of which made me feel sick! Managed to do all the chest pressing, and all but one of the chin ups (last rep of the last set just wouldn't happen). The core workout was shattering, especially the crunches. Measurements for Day 4. Shoulders: 122cm ( 1cm since Day 1).
