Sunday, September 30, 2012. This Halloween Ellis is going to be a puppy. When I bought E's costume the store asked if he could come for a fashion show at the end of the month. Saturday, June 30, 2012. Brad and I just got back from a trip to Chicago. The city was amazing, I'm already wanting to go back! I had been in 4th grade with my family (it was spring break and it snowed) and Brad had been 8 years ago with his dad and brother for a college graduation trip. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. On Saturday, March 24, 2012, we made our first trip to the Botanical Gardens! Ellis was able to share this special memory with his Byrne Grandparents. Sunday, July 29, 2012. Ellis has voted, he prefers Sports Clips. He and Brad went today to finally get Ellis' haircut, last time was before the beach in mid May! It was just so terrible the past few times (picture screaming, wiggling, rolling in the floor). Today Brad said E sat still, watched tv, and held onto a mini ball. February 13, 2013. It has been a crazy few months around here. So much is going on and time is going by so fast! Our sweet little boy has had a rough month as he has been sick since about Christmas. It has been viral infection after viral infection since we put him in daycare. We are all exhausted from all the doctors and hospital visits! Thankfully, James is doing great this week and we hope he continues to be a healthy baby boy! Since the last time, James has had 3 "monthly" birthdays!

September 23, 2013. On August 29th, my Baby Boy turned One Year Old! This year has been the BEST year of our lives! We have enjoyed watching this little baby turn into such a handsome and sweet boy. He lights up our lives in a way we never expected. Only a few tears were shed on his birthday :) We started the day off singing happy birthday to him. Saturday, May 17, 2014. Brad's mom came up to help us transition Ellis to the old man room. She was here four days but got so much done! Patched holes, painted the walls marina gray (reduced 25%) and the ceiling white dove, installed a ceiling fan, moved all the furniture in, put up curtain rod and curtains, hung everything on the walls, and added extra shelving!
