Cup water or coconut milk. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 0-2 tablespoons maple syrup. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. I have to admit that it took me a long time to switch to a natural deodorant. In fact the thought of it made me shutter in horror. After a lot of research and several futile attempts, I finally found a formulation that worked for me. Cup Coconut oil (solid state). 2 tablespoons baking soda. Cup beeswax (firmly packed).
