The UPS man just rang my doorbell to deliver some books I ordered. He knows me because of my addiction to Amazon.com, so instead of saying "Have a nice day! He said he couldn't help me because he loves his job.which, by the way, shows in how he does it. I asked him why? What makes being a UPS driver the perfect job for him? Links to this post.

My blog about consulting, training, writing, speaking, coaching, book publishing and whatever else occurs in my life. Friday, April 24, 2009. There is a difference between a job and a hobby. When you decide to do something for fun, to help you relax or to take your mind off your problems, you don’t have to do it well and you don’t have to do it forever. These are revolutionary ideas to most people. I can spend every spare hour for weeks on a hobby, and then abandon it and never go back. I can sit down at...

These are the same critical success factors that we've identified for people involved in a job hunt or interview situation. Welcome to Christinelam.com. I have always been interested in all things creative, but my love for photography is a result of my love for digital art. What began as a hobby back in high school has now become my career, as I work as a graphic designer and photographer in a well established print company in Sydney. Fine art is such a physical and emotional release for me. There is noone to tell me what I'm doing is right or wrong. It's a true expression of how I'm feeling at the time.
