This week Bonus Boy has been very charming, he seems to have developed a politeness strain which has by-passed the rest of us. If he doesn’t hear what someone says he looks them straight in the eye and very gently enquires ‘I beg your pardon? 8217; I try very hard not to laugh, I don’t always succeed. 8216;But scootering does exercise them darling! He was rather pleased that we were all so impressed! The Things Kids Say.

More about me…. More about my blog…. Personal Challenge: July Update →. August 3, 2010. The theme for Tara’s Gallery. This week is ‘Playtime’. There are boxes upon boxes of toys in our house. Friends comment that we could probably open a toy shop once we’re done with them all! Typically though, the boys are quite happy tipping all the toys on the floor and then pretending that the plastic box they are stored in is actually a boat, castle, spaceship – or whatever else takes hold of their imagination.
Kerry On Living: Remarkable Women: Coco Chanel

Kerry on.my boy. Kerry on.my girl. Sunday, 9 January 2011. Remarkable Women: Coco Chanel. The first in a very occasional series where I get to indulge my inner history nerd and write about some of my favourite extraordinary women from history. Coco Chanel. A universally recognised name and brand, the woman behind the glamorous facade lived a rags to riches fairy tale life. But all fairy tales have a dark side to them and Chanel's life certainly had its share of heartbreak. Chanel remained with the playbo...

Kerry On Living: Hands
http://kerryonliving.blogspot.com/2013/03/hands.html
Kerry on.my boy. Kerry on.my girl. Saturday, 23 March 2013. I notice it most when I'm driving, and there was no escaping it this morning as I drove the kids back from an unreasonably early play centre party. The hands which grasped the steering wheel belonged to a woman of advancing age. Crepey. Not so much these days. I tried not to care too much this morning. It was very cold after all. I hadn't drunk much water. I hadn't used handcream for at least a week. These explanations weren't too convincing.

A Little Learning For Two: Rudolph Noses - Pre School Gift Idea
http://alittlelearningfortwo.blogspot.com/2010/12/rudolph-noses-pre-school-gift-idea.html
Saturday, December 4, 2010. Rudolph Noses - Pre School Gift Idea. I've been thinking for awhile now about what Bubble can give as a small gift with her Christmas cards at Pre School this week. After seeing how much my girls loved our ' Moon Balloons' activity. I thought the children in her Pre School class might enjoy them as well, so I made these 'Make Your Own Rudolph Nose' kits. They are very simple to make and hopefully lots of fun for the receivers :-). December 4, 2010 at 8:39 AM. Thanks everyone, ...

Exactly what it says on the tin. 06 Jun, 2014. I do love to travel, so when I found this little pressed brass plane in a second hand shop, I knew I’d have to make it into something travel related.
