Later probably wouldn't come. So I got out of bed, put on my running clothes, laced up my new shoes, found my ipod and took off.

I’ve been a huge fan of Spotify for years — I just love sitting down, picking a playlist and working, reading or just relaxing with the assortment of music. Spotify also gets me through all my workouts at the gym and today they launched an even MORE amazing feature, which will be thoroughly used as I tackle the Couch to 5k. It’s called Spotify Running.
