A 5K on the beach with obstacles, has to be great! But unfortunately, I didn't have to be great. I went with my boyfriend, sister and niece and they all kicked my butt. And none of them run or prepared! On the extreme plus side they all had so much fun they are ready to sign up for another one! IRun for a Reason.

Am I the only one who doesn't seem to be able to keep up with doing all of the things that I know I need to do, even when I'm only trying to do the things I like? As great as that is, it wasn't what made the race so great. I don't know if all of the people working at the obstacles were volunteers or part of the crew but they were awesome and they made the race. I ran this one with my sister. I ran with my boyfriend, son, and his friend but the young 'uns ran ahead about half through. I have to say I wasn't even half way through before I knew I wanted to sign up for another one!
