Our scampy lobster is low cholesterol, fat free, ecological; a gourmet product (easy peel, tail and meat); packed in 5 pound box and 20 pound insulated master carton. Our red grouper is available frozen IQF, whole, gutted, scales off, gills in, grades 0,5 / 1,5 lbs., packed in 50 lbs. master carton. We also produce fillets. We offers value added products at special requests. We produce Mahi-Mahi fresh and frozen H.G.: fillets, and portions. We pack for direct distribution into supermarket chains.

Our cold storage facilities built to hold 500,000 lbs. at minus 22˚C. We are involved on the harvest of our product through an association with a group of fishermen that are considered to be a part of the company, so we provide them with the equipment required for being succesfull on the work.
