It's You I live for everyday. Saturday, May 9, 2009. Sorry it's been so long since my last post! I guess I'm better at keeping up with Facebook than this thing. I really wanted to come on here to share a link I found. It's for modest yet VERY cute swimwear. Here it is. I'm glad there is a company who notices that not ALL women want to flaunt what their momma gave 'em every time they wear a swimsuit. I know many husbands who would love their wives to keep it secret. It's You I live for everyday. Wednesday, January 28, 2009. No school yesterday or today. It's kind of like having a weekend in the middle of the week. Why can't this be a permanent situation? It's You I live for everyday. Sunday, September 26, 2010. In Colorado, it's a true season. The trees are turning, nights are in the 40's.it's so nice! I got a sweet guitar for my birthday in September. I've been taking lessons and have been playing for my students. So far, I'm comfortable with A, D, E, f# (barre chord = hard! As a specialist, my position is one that, sadly, is easily cast aside. This song, The River by Meredith Andrews, is our prayer for the people of Fort Collins. But He invites us.

We had a playoff-watching party last night with our dear friends, the Porters. It's always fun to be around them. We had even more fun when the Cowboys won! I got to sport my Bob Lilly jersey that I got for Christmas, so that was fun too. Some fun things will be happening this semester. 3 I am getting a student teacher this semester! It's You I live for everyday. Sunday, August 8, 2010. Here we are in Colorado! We've moved in, unpacked (mostly), and are thoroughly enjoying life here. What a great place for the Lord to call us to! We feel so blessed. Some fun differences from our TX home to our CO home. We have NO air conditioning in our new house. Most places up here don't have it. Fans are our new best friends. Hooray for low electricity bills! 6 am, without fail. The sun shines brightly through our window at 6 am.

It's You I live for everyday. Sunday, September 20, 2009. It's definitely been a LONG time! Summer has come and gone, school has started again, and nothing too exciting has happened with the Lilly's. Maybe a bullet list is in order. Josh had no school this summer, a first for him in 5 years. We went to Seattle, WA, to help out a church plant from our church in Carrollton. It is an amazing place. I'm pretty sure we could live there. I began my second year of teaching elementary music. So far, so great!

It's You I live for everyday. Monday, March 9, 2009. Countdown to Spring Break: 4 days. Josh and I are heading to Colorado for Spring Break. It's You I live for everyday. Friday, June 5, 2009. LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! My first year of being a teacher is officially over! It totally flew by. I'm going to miss many of my kids over the break.
