My life as a Military Wife: A little Kate update
http://kristalkcarter.blogspot.com/2015/05/a-little-kate-update.html
Thursday, May 21, 2015. A little Kate update. She is full of sass. She loves her older sister SO MUCH. If 'Natty' is doing it, Kate is 100% on board. She's a spectacular mess maker. She's super cute. Duh. Don't worry, I didn't have to clean up this mess on Mother's Day or anything. She is totally in love with baby Johnny. And it's super adorable. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My life as a Military Wife: Our House
http://kristalkcarter.blogspot.com/2015/06/our-house.html
Sunday, June 21, 2015. Big changes have been happening with us lately. We switched states and bought a new house. that we had never seen before in person. We're just crazy awesome like that, well, maybe just the crazy part. Luckily, we love it! I think my favorite part is possibly the backyard. Natalie just ran around the house when we got here saying 'It's so gorgeous! We primed and painted, pulled out the old window sill and apron ( and used this tutorial to trim out the window). I was priming the trim...

My life as a Military Wife: Little Miss Sassy Pants
http://kristalkcarter.blogspot.com/2014/07/little-miss-sassy-pants.html
Tuesday, July 1, 2014. Little Miss Sassy Pants. Just a couple Natalie stories for your Tuesday night. I did my makeup! She has play makeup, but it only works if I'm fast enough to stop her from using mine. Three internet tutorials and an hour later, the lipstick/eyeshadow goo finally came out of my carpet. Natalie got mad at me for something, and I said "Whatcha gonna do missy? She pointed her finger and me and said 'I'll SUE YOU! Then pointed at Matt and said the same thing. So, of course that is what N...

My life as a Military Wife: May
http://kristalkcarter.blogspot.com/2014/06/may.html
Saturday, June 7, 2014. This post probably won't be super interesting to those of you not related to me, just one of those 'for posterity' posts. We started May with my oldest niece Sydney's. Baptism. In our church people aren't baptized until they are 8, so it's kind of a right of passage and a big deal. We were so happy to be there for it! Olivia of course threw an awesome get together after, where Natalie scored a bowl full of sprinkles from somewhere. I'm lookin' at you Grandpa Carter. There is a sto...

My life as a Military Wife: Pictures of baby Johnny
http://kristalkcarter.blogspot.com/2015/05/pictures-of-baby-johnny.html
Friday, May 22, 2015. Pictures of baby Johnny. Mostly because the family says they like to see them, and I can't blame them, he is adorable. He is so sweet and good. But he will grow up too fast without us. June 21, 2015 at 10:14 PM. He is so sweet but he is growing up too fast without us. Waaaa. June 21, 2015 at 10:14 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My life as a Military Wife: Jonathan's Birth Story
http://kristalkcarter.blogspot.com/2015/05/jonathans-birth-story.html
Wednesday, May 20, 2015. As always with birth stories, probably a little TMI for some folks! We live like 45 minutes from the hospital, so while I wasn't sure my contractions were close enough I figured we had a good car ride to find out! Room to make sure I was really in labor. That was new and fun. I was at a 4, but stretching to a 6, so I was happy! Because if I feel like I have to pee at all. And that was that! He came at 2 minutes to midnight and of course he was perfect. I love Natalies face in the...

My life as a Military Wife: catching up
http://kristalkcarter.blogspot.com/2014/06/catching-up.html
Friday, June 6, 2014. Life has been hectic since I last posted. We moved, Matt got some new responsibilities at work, we've been internet-less, I took a trip out to see my family and Matt took some leave to enjoy this beautiful state that is California. I'll try to get the highlights, but I'll probably stop when I get sick of uploading :). Moving month, hurray! Literally all I will miss about the other house is the backyard. It felt so open and 'lived in' and oh the lovely shade. My baby sister Vanessa, ...
