http://cavemanfood.blogspot.com/2009/12/update.html
A collection of paleolithic diet recipes and meal photos. Thursday, December 3, 2009. Sorry I've been MIA again. Lots of stuff has been going on here - colds/flu, the holidays, and a somewhat unexpected move. We've known we were going to be moving for a little while, but we thought it wouldn't be until January - well things got pushed up and now we're moving next week! So it's been pretty busy around here. Coconut flour orange cake. Replace milk with a paleo alternative). December 3, 2009 at 10:22 PM.

http://cavemanfood.blogspot.com/2011/02/slow-roasted-pork-shoulder.html
A collection of paleolithic diet recipes and meal photos. Sunday, February 6, 2011. Slow roasted pork shoulder. I keep meaning to get back to regular posting, but 4-month old babies keep you surprisingly busy. ;) There's not much time for cooking, much less writing blog posts! Luckily this pork shoulder has minimal hands-on time and will feed a small army. You prep it the night before you want to eat and just stick it in the oven the next morning. SLOW ROASTED PORK SHOULDER. 8-10 lb pork shoulder. Februa...

http://cavemanfood.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
A collection of paleolithic diet recipes and meal photos. Wednesday, August 19, 2009. The primal challenge has been going eh. My digestion has never fully recovered from the Korean debacle and it's getting frustrating. Leaving tomorrow am for vacation (New Mexico and then the Jersey shore) and will be gone for a few weeks. I may have internet access or I may not. Luckily for most of the vacay I will have kitchen access and won't be forced to eat out all the time. :). It's what you're here for, right?

http://cavemanfood.blogspot.com/2009/02/what-ive-been-eating-feb-19-2009.html
A collection of paleolithic diet recipes and meal photos. Thursday, February 19, 2009. What I've been eating: Feb 19, 2009. Once again I've been remiss in my blogging! My mom and little brother came down for a visit over President's Day weekend and they threw me completely out of my groove. That's ok, family wins out over groove any day! As previously blogged here. This week's had blueberries, apples, and frozen strawberries. Topping was pecans, almonds, prunes, and a splash of pomegranate juice. Februar...

http://www.allergydiaries.com/2015/04/quinoa-milk.html
Allergy friendly, family friendly FOOD. A mom's meanderings through feeding a family with food allergies. Thursday, April 30, 2015. I have watched quinoa milk showing up in stores for quite awhile now, but always as a blend with other non-dairy milks. quinoa-rice, quinoa almond, never alone. We have not been able to sample any of the blends because they include things that are not tolerated in our house. Then, about two weeks ago: Ta-Da! My conclusion: I won't go out of my way to buy this milk. It mi...

Strolling through my wheat free, corn free, soy free life, a. Nd taking time to smell the flowers. Friday, August 7, 2009. Or Yellow, or Purple or Striped! I'm talking about beans. No need to restrict yourself to only green beans any more! Here are a few of the varieties I've been picking from my garden. I cook them all together. The colors make for a lively side dish. I picked my first ripe tomatoes a couple of weeks ago. They were running late this year. Since then, I've had to pick the cherry ...Altho...
