The Oatmeal Artist: Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
http://theoatmealartist.blogspot.com/2012/09/pumpkin-pie-oatmeal.html
Friday, September 14, 2012. Yep My Pumpkin Pie Baked Oatmeal. Was a hit, so I decided to try it out on the stove as well. :) Everything's better on the stove, right? This recipe is perfect because autumn is definitely setting in. I know this because each day when my alarm goes off at 5:35, it's a little darker outside. :( And each morning, it's a little chillier on our walk to work. Autumn is admittedly my favorite season, but I'm not a huge fan of those two particular characteristics. 2 tsp maple syrup.

Saturday, September 13, 2014. 5 Back-to-School Oat-tastic Solutions for Students and Teachers. Some people think students and teachers live a different world. WRONG. I became a teacher because I wanted to be a student forever, and it's the closest I could get. Either way, both students and teachers have some early mornings and long days. And both groups are known for skipping meals- particularly breakfast! Here are 5 solutions for enjoying your oatmeal during that dreaded morning rush! If this is the rou...

The Oatmeal Artist: Blackberry Thyme Oatmeal
http://theoatmealartist.blogspot.com/2014/09/blackberry-thyme-oatmeal.html
Tuesday, September 9, 2014. Remember less than a week ago when I said that my rosemary plant was the only one still thriving? Shortly after making the Grape Rosemary Oatmeal. My rosemary plant went from green and robust to brown and brittle. I don't even know. It's yellow instead of brown, so that's a victory.). PS This recipe is made from blackberries and a thyme plant that both came from the Union Square Green Market (the best farmers' market in the city! By The Oatmeal Artist. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.

The Oatmeal Artist: Tiramisu Oatcakes for One
http://theoatmealartist.blogspot.com/2014/09/tiramisu-oatcakes-for-one.html
Tuesday, September 23, 2014. Tiramisu Oatcakes for One. You know my oatcakes always feature some sort of fruit or veggie, whether it's mashed banana. Can you guess the produce packed into this one? Now, I have experimented with using zucchini in the past, but it has often failed to serve the purpose I needed it for. I usually want it to be a "tasteless filler" in an otherwise "nutrition-less" recipe (see: any cookie recipe. Recipe (you will just have to wait until I "nail it" to see what it is! I thought...

https://mevscake.wordpress.com/page/2
The battle continues…. April 18, 2013. I don’t know where the week has gone… I’ll get straight to the point with yesterdays eats. Breakfast was yet another variation of oats. This time mixed with yoghurt, grated apple and cinnamon. I still feel like I’m eating apple crumble every time I mix those ingredients. Oats with yoghurt, apple and cinnamon. Lunch was made in hurry, you can probably tell by the way this salad is haphazardly thrown together! Mozzarella, Tomato and Avocado Salad with Pesto. I’v...

The Oatmeal Artist: My Favorite Recipes
http://theoatmealartist.blogspot.com/p/my-favorites.html
This is an incredibly difficult list to maintain. For the longest time, I struggled to grasp what "favorite" meant. There are recipes I'm really proud of (like my Neapolitan Baked Oatmeal. But these aren't necessarily the same recipes I make again and again. Should I pick the recipes that rocked my socks once or twice, or should I pick my standard "lovers" that I run to again and again when I'm craving some reliably delicious oatmeal? One thing that will always remain present on this list: peanut butter.
