I feel the reality of the event set in for most residents, when these Numerals were put up down on the circle two weeks the Super Bowl. The Roman Numerals on the South side of the circle at the heart of it all, stood 30-feet high and 82-feet wide, and weighs 96-ton, was for sure one of the biggest attractions.
