第１条 市民立法機構 以下 この機構 という は、市民がみずから提案した政策案や法案について、一般市民、労働界、経済界など、市民相互が対話と共同作業を行う場を提供し、コミュニティと自治体政府を重視しながら、新しい市民社会を築き上げていくために活動することを目的とします。 第２条 この機構は、 市民立法機構 といい、英文名をCitizens Initiativesとします。 １ 市民社会制度検討グループ 人権、環境、健康、教育などの各分野で市民社会の骨格にかかわる制度について、独自のプロジェクトチームを結成し、調査 研究を行い法案の実現化に努力します。 第９条 機構の事務を処理するため、市民運動全国センターと 社 行革国民会議が共同で事務局を設置し、共同事務局長を置きます。
