That the U.S. Department of Labor has filed suit against Ohio Bell for violating OSHA’s rule prohibiting retaliation against workers who engage in activity to protect safety and health in their workplace. This caught my eye because the alleged facts are nearly identical to those brought in Indiana by the Indiana Department of Labor last summer as reported by the Indianapolis Business Journal.
