http://brettandkimber.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 26, 2011. New fun - just a click away :). I still don't think we can call ourselves true New Yorkers (what's the rule on that anyways? But we're celebrating our 4th anniversary of life together in the city! I feel like the city has so much to offer and we truly love it here! Sometimes though, the city can be a little tricky (especially at first! And its hard to find things or even get around! Take a peek and let me know what you think :). ruffles & oxfords: Trader Joes favorites
http://www.rufflesandoxfords.com/2015/03/trader-joes-favorites.html
The story of us. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. A few of my favorite blogs. Have recently posted their trader joes favorite lists. I love reading what gems people find at TJs (best grocery store next to wegmans) so I thought I'd add our list to the mix! Bags of apples- so cheap and a normal size, not gigantic. Reduced guilt chunky guacamole. Put it on chicken, fajitas, pita chips, anything! Nonfat greek yogurt- black raspberry and coconut cream are my favorite! Reduced guilt string cheese. Paired with the naan.

Kary Hoopes: July 2015
http://hoopeshome.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Marking 2 years since diagnosis. WARNING graphic gross pictures. I am asked all the time how I knew I had cancer, what kind, how .when.why. Well I share, not to spot light me, but to show. You TOO can get cancer. If you are like me, and have lots of moles, that change and you worry. Dont worry anymore, go to the doctor. 1- a few weeks before the biopsy. Clueless of the destruction happening under my face. 3- in the hospital still asleep from surgery. 4- the day after surgery.

Kary Hoopes: what's important?
http://hoopeshome.blogspot.com/2013/12/whats-important.html
Thursday, December 12, 2013. I was recently in a conversation with a friend about how i don't socialize anymore. I am very much a homebody. I have found my people. I have a few gals that I love to share a lunch or a double date with our hubby's, but almost always one on one. Rarely groups. I feel like the older I get. You really do get wiser. The big picture is more vivid. I have always seen things, Black and white. ( which is evident in my clothing too, Lol). I really enjoy the people around me. WellI t...

Sj and Ty: A Kate Spade Mystery...
http://sjandty.blogspot.com/2013/04/a-kate-spade-mystery.html
Monday, April 8, 2013. A Kate Spade Mystery. In early March I received a package in the mail. My birthday wasn't until the 22nd so I let it sit on the kitchen table for a couple weeks unopened. I thought for sure it was a birthday present from a punctual family member. My birthday finally came and it was time to open my present. I tore open the yellow padded envelope to find a Kate Spade box. Inside the box was this adorable yellow gold knot bangle. It remains a mystery! Likeit is an empty field. Chris a...

Sj and Ty: Month Two
http://sjandty.blogspot.com/2012/11/two-months.html
Friday, November 30, 2012. Since Caroine is almost three months old I figure I'd better write about her hitting the two month mark. The biggest milestone she reached during the second month was that she began to smile for reals. I don't know why but it feels like we've won an olympic gold medal every time we get her to look us in the eye and give us a big grin. On that note, it's funny how much your interests change when you become parents. That has faded, but only slightly. November 30, 2012 at 1:21 PM.

Sj and Ty: October 2012
http://sjandty.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Crazy this is the SECOND hurricane we've experienced since moving to NYC. Didn't affect the city much despite subway closures and lots of freaking out. Sandy has been another story! On Sunday we were basically kicked out of our apartment because we live in the 'Evacuation A Zone.'. Have you ever thought about what you would pack if you had to leave your home with only your most precious belongings? But all we really took was our toothbrushes, baby stuff, and clean underwear.

Sj and Ty: "Tropical Storm" Irene
http://sjandty.blogspot.com/2011/08/tropical-storm-irene.html
Tuesday, August 30, 2011. As I'm sure you heard, the hurricane that swept the east coast this past weekend got demoted to a "tropical storm" when it hit NYC. The reported "over 100 mph winds" were actually around 30 mph when it finally arrived Sunday morning. I feel bad for people who were more affected by the storm, but I'll be honest, also feel slightly cheated out of my first hurricane experience. We sat around, watched movies, ate and.um.yeah that's it. And have you heard of the "freshman 15? Have a ...

Never give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about. Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Two decades. Veinte. The big two zero. Whatever you may call it, it's strange having a 2 in front, instead of a "teen." The past 20 years have been the awesome. Here's to 20 more! To kind of "celebrate" living two decades, I made a bucket list. Of things to do in the month before I turned 20. I'm quite proud to say I completed the majority of my list! Ran 19 miles in less than a week. Hi, I'm Jessica.
