Das Haus kann wochenweise von Samstag bis Samstag gebucht werden. Die Maximalbelegung sind 8 Erwachsene und Kinder (insgesamt 8 Betten). Kinder und Haustiere sind willkommen. Preise pro Woche: Euro 500.- inklusiv aller Nebenkosten. Man braucht kein Bettzeug oder Geschirr, alles vorhanden. Die Endreinigung muss von den Mietern übernommen werden.

Im Herzen der Toskana. Zwischen Siena und Grosetto liegt der Ort Civitella Maritima malerisch in den Hügeln der Alta Maremma. Anfahrt (775 Km von München bis zum Haus):. Autobahn Salzburg bis Inntaldreieck, dann Richtung Innsbruck über den Brenner, immer geradeaus, Bozen, Modena, Bologna, bis Florenz. In Florenz heißt die dritte Abfahrt Certosa, da auch Schild Richtung Siena. In Siena auf der Superstrada Schild Richtung Grosseto. Dem folgen, nach ca. 35 Km kommt Ausfahrt Civitella.
