At the moment I've been helping on a renovation, which started off just as a flooring job and developed into something much bigger. I've popped in a couple of my photos, but there will be more to come in the coming days and weeks. Writing to help myself and others. Thursday, 8 January 2015. Tuesday, 6 January 2015. I can't believe where the last two weeks have gone since I last wrote a post. Let's just say I had a Christmas break from writing. The key to developing in any chosen area, whether it be running, writing or work, is to practice frequently. Obviously it is preferable to practice well, but with writing it is more important to scribble as much as possible down and sort the wheat from the chaff later. Subscribe to my blog.

Writing to help myself and others. Tuesday, 24 February 2015. Despite it being a great run it wasn't necessarily "fun". The idea of running being fun is alien to me, unless it's on a trail in the country. Admittedly I felt good yesterday and enjoyed it, but mainly when I had finished. Most of my runs are similar to beating myself with a bat, just a little more breathless. This run and the terrible one I'd like to forget on Sunday got me to thinking, "When have I enjoyed a run and thought it was fun?

I decided that I needed to get some rest after dreaming about work and descending into Inception style daydreams while working at the store.
