Let's take it day by day. Raising money for rehabilitation. July 4, 2015. July 15, 2015. Nobody warns you how bloody hard it is to control your temperature when you initially have no hair. I tell you it was hat on, hat off, hat on, hat off, scratch head why is this so difficult, hat on! Luckily my collection has grown and I received a lovely crochet hat from a good friend, I’m spoilt for choice now, maybe i wanted comfort with the cotton sleep hat, or dabble in a headscarf. Knock me down a peg or two!

All prepped with my PICC line (which I contemplated running a cheeky shot of caffeine through yesterday), comfy bed, laptop and trusty “This Morning” on the TV! I’m not onto the hard stuff yet, this was just a round of drugs to target specific cells, so the only side effect I had was the ridiculous sense of tiredness! I’m not doing anything exce...

As a child I had been on the typical Spanish,Greek, English etc holidays, but I was always too active wanting to do stuff whilst everybody sun bathed and relaxed. That’s why I loved my first trip to Australia, I must have been around 7 and because it was to see family everyone could do their own thing and I could join the more adventurous lot! I think I deserve a treat after my chemotherapy, and this is defiantly on the list, no doubt about it!

I was diagnosed with the dreaded “Cancer” and I set up this blog to capture my ups/downs, and my journey to a hopeful tomorrow. I am a fairly normal 23-year old, just trying to get somewhere in life.
