Laurane's Glitter and Gloss: Clarity Challenge
http://lauranesglitterandgloss.blogspot.com/2014/05/clarity-challenge.html
Laurane's Glitter and Gloss. A tentative step into the world of crafty blogging. Sunday, 25 May 2014. The challenge this month at Clarity is All about the Words and I decided to use the 'Kiss of the Sun for Pardon' as the focus for my card. I used the birdhouse set for my garden setting and inked up with soothing sunset Big and Juicy for the flowers, butterscotch adirondack for the sky and meadow for the branches. 26 May 2014 at 09:59. I love this Laurane -beautiful card. 27 May 2014 at 23:00. Challenge ...

Laurane's Glitter and Gloss: Same stamps - different looks
http://lauranesglitterandgloss.blogspot.com/2014/05/same-stamps-different-looks.html
Laurane's Glitter and Gloss. A tentative step into the world of crafty blogging. Saturday, 24 May 2014. Same stamps - different looks. I love using Clarity Stamps and I've done a couple of different card using the same stamps. That's one of the things I love about stamping - you can get such different looks just by changing colours and backgrounds. A bit of ribbon, some more layering and job done. I was pleased with both these cards although I think the second is my favourite. View my complete profile.

Laurane's Glitter and Gloss. A tentative step into the world of crafty blogging. Wednesday, 19 May 2010. Wow Two posts in two days. What's going on? The challenge at The Sugar Bowl. Was to use a sketch and the theme of recycling something to use on your card. The stamp is one of the Gorjuss ones - I think it's called 'A little bird told me'(? The challenge at Papertake Challenge. Was to 'say it with flowers' and over at A Spoonful of Sugar. They are looking for 'Cute and Girly' Totally Gorjuss. And the '...

Little Claire Project Club 2015. Sold this month's dog set onto a dog lover. Did not make the project card this month - made these two cards instead. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The site is about the cards I have created using various stamping techniques. My current favourite ranges of stamps are Clarity Stamps and Hobby Art Scene It Stamps. I was not originally running this site like a blog, but when it started to look like it was inactive - I changed my mind. View my complete profile.

Tales from My Craft Table: All done upstairs
http://talesfromthecraftbox.blogspot.com/2015/08/all-done-upstairs.html
Tales from My Craft Table. The ramblings of a hobbyist who loves being creative. Saturday, 1 August 2015. Yep we have carpet! This is the landing area, which will have a chair, or sofa, plus table, lamp and bookcase. I toyed with going for a tiled look, but chose to use the cream carpet. I first made a template out of card, as there is a hole for the stairs! I am allergic to sewing, so may have to go down the ready made route! Can we hope for an Indian Summer? Saturday, August 01, 2015. And the winner is!

Tales from My Craft Table: Yet another update on the house
http://talesfromthecraftbox.blogspot.com/2015/08/yet-another-update-on-house.html
Tales from My Craft Table. The ramblings of a hobbyist who loves being creative. Tuesday, 11 August 2015. Yet another update on the house. I had to ensure I had enough patience to finish the job. It is incredibly easy to get confused, well it is in my case. It was a two mugs of tea job, plus ginger nut. Then phew, it all fitted, to complete the job two thinner strips of wood were stuck top and bottom. So I made all the tiles, and they just need to be stuck down tomorrow. Tuesday, August 11, 2015. But now...

http://talesfromthecraftbox.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Tales from My Craft Table. The ramblings of a hobbyist who loves being creative. Saturday, 30 May 2015. I saw a mouse! Well it is coming along, the bricks are done, quite pleased with them. Started on the boot, it has to look really worn, and I managed a mouse! Just about finished, needs a few bits finishing off properly, like the cans, and more shadow. And there is a mouse! I was also watching the tennis, it is the French Open this fortnight. Murray played a cracking match, he's really in good form ...

Tales from My Craft Table: December 2014
http://talesfromthecraftbox.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tales from My Craft Table. The ramblings of a hobbyist who loves being creative. Wednesday, 31 December 2014. As you can see I've been sketching again. This is supposed to be a floating pyramid, which I think is 'floating'! Looks easy, but it is a little tricky, the pyramid can be fiddly and I had a few issues with the shadow. This is a droplet of water, much shading went into this. And guess what, yep I found the other blending stumps, I'd stored them in my art bin with the paints, yep very logical!

Tales from My Craft Table: From the mess rises order... or so I like to think
http://talesfromthecraftbox.blogspot.com/2015/08/from-mess-rises-order-or-so-i-like-to.html
Tales from My Craft Table. The ramblings of a hobbyist who loves being creative. Friday, 7 August 2015. From the mess rises order. or so I like to think. This is what the house looks like before I begin work on it. The only place I can work on it is in the kitchen, so after each session things are tidied up (honest), or dumped on the table! It is really all starting to take shape. I am still looking at lighting, think I will go for contemporary, I'm not a chandelier type of person. I'll put a sta...Next ...
