County commissioners voted 3-0 on Tuesday to approve the Lower Daybreak Regional Park master plan, acknowledging that there’s no funding in sight but recognizing that formally adopting the plan opens up the possibility of receiving grants for the project. Many thanks to Butch Reynolds, president of the Clark County Executive Horse Council for getting this passed. It is a good thing.
