Friday, February 11, 2011. Living Room - Before and After. Next in the line up is the Living Room. Looking through the pictures made me realize that I need to take some more pictures of how the living room looks right now. Things should be changing in the next couple of months (we've had the supplies since Thanksgiving.). Here is what it looked like during our first walk through of the house. We were half hoping that he would leave the autographed Micky Mantle photo.no such luck. My lovely grey walls.

A respectful remodel of a 1915 bungalow in portland, oregon. Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Weeks 43-49: prepping for the Tour of Remodeled Homes. There’s nothing like a deadline to get things done. For us, the HBA’s 2010 Tour of Remodeled Homes. Was a great kick in the pants to try to take care of the last few construction items, or at least most of them. Did an excellent job, worked fast and hard, was easy to work with and was able to fit us in on short notice. He is awesome! Reinstalled them and Vitaly.

It was interesting to see the different colors the house had been painted over the years. There seems to be 10-12 layers. A respectful remodel of a 1915 bungalow in portland, oregon. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Week 22: more finish carpentry and interior trim painting. Custom-made a couple of louvered grilles that will help ventilate the AV Room. As the equipment will make the room rather warm, the vents along with a ceiling fan will help keep things cool. Dana. Switched out the handrail brackets to ones with a more traditional profile. He installed the last of the door hardware, doorstop, medicine cabinet ball-chain stop and mirror bead, AV shelves and custom-made removable return grille. Dana. We love that grille!
