Joyous Exchange: Mission
http://joyousexchange.blogspot.com/2011/01/mission.html
For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. - 2 Corinthians 5:21. Friday, January 28, 2011. A direct and sobering message from the author of Church Planter. Darrin Patrick. I haven't read, nor am I endorsing, his book. I did, however, appreciate this video. There are currently 50 boys and 50 girls ages 5-12. Three men take care of the boys and two women are in charge of the girls. While we were there, we held a 5-day VBS in the evenings. It was a TON of fun! The first night we told the story of Moses, made bookmarks and played a game with the globe balls from Rick…. The kids knew all t...

Life at the Leingangs'. Living ordinary lives with extraordinary contentment. Tuesday, February 3, 2015. We Don’t Have Children Anymore. My Facebook post on Saturday says it all…. It finally happened. Today I officially don't have children any more. Now I only have adults. Today my baby turns 18! Being a grown-up meant Will had to spend his special day doing “grown-up” stuff like chores, homework and taking his written portion of the driving test…. Great pic, huh? It was really fun! 160; Go Pack! The wea...

Life at the Leingangs'. Living ordinary lives with extraordinary contentment. Saturday, August 30, 2014. Dental Clinics – Part One. But Dr Rick, Chris and I made a great team and it was the most memorable part of the trip (second only to driving). We met so many people from different places and different ages. It provided a sense of accomplishment, making a difference in peoples’ lives, and of truly sharing God’s love in a country that doesn’t allow foreign missionaries. Reception and recovery area (I lo...

Life at the Leingangs'. Living ordinary lives with extraordinary contentment. Monday, April 28, 2014. Happy 21st Birthday, Zack. Today my oldest son turns 21! Where did the time go? He was only 9 days old when I turned 21. We celebrated on Saturday by seeing Captain America 2 and going out to dinner. But we did gifts on Sunday afternoon. He went with the little gift first. Decided it was the perfect gift for a 21 year old. A perfect gag gift. LOL. A lantern and a cooler set…. Posted by Leingang Family.

I took these pictures because of my dad…. This is the same color scheme of one of my dad’s cars. There were so many awesome cars there!

Life at the Leingangs'. Living ordinary lives with extraordinary contentment. Saturday, February 8, 2014. We haven’t had this much snow since 2008! But this time we got it all in only 2 days! Chris went out this morning and while he was gone, Zack went out and cleared our driveway/walk and the neighbor’s as well. By the time Chris got back it had started to lightly snow. After lunch the snow picked up a bit and Chris and I decided to go snowshoeing up the hill…. Hard to believe that this driveway and Zac...
