http://talkingthefirststep.blogspot.com/2011/02/need-snack-try-some-grape-nuts-almond.html
Friday, February 18, 2011. Try some Grape-Nuts and Almond Milk! If you are looking for a quick and easy snack, try some Grape Nuts and Almond Milk! You can put the Grape-Nuts in a bag, or tupperware container (same with the almond milk), and mix on the go. Or you can have it at home or work. If you don't want to mix it with milk, you can use yogurt instead. You can eat it warm or cold. You can eat this for breakfast, lunch or a snack. Really, the possibilities are endless. Talk about some good stuff!

This is how I made it:.

Taking The First Step: Do You Meditate?
http://talkingthefirststep.blogspot.com/2013/06/do-you-meditate.html
Friday, June 21, 2013. What does that mean? What does it mean to Meditate? I did not know what that meant for a long time, in fact, I'm still trying to figure it out. I think I have come to the conclusion that Meditation is about inner peace. Meditation is about balance of the body and mind. Its about linking our Emotional, Physical, Mental and spiritual self. Bringing all those pieces back to center. It has changed my life. So, I started with the Core Meditation set. I just paid for the MP3's becaus...

Serious look on his face the hole time. He was pullilng the funniest faces! We kept him in his pajamas so that we didn't have to lather him everywhere with sunscreen. Sunday, May 26, 2013. Camping and a blimp hangar. So let's just dive right into these pictures, shall we? Not the best picture, but Ethan at the father and sons campout, which he loved. Striking a pose for the camera. Seriously love it. Loved just being with dad. Annalisa wanted to wear some 3D glasses one day to pick up Ethan from school- just thought she looked so cute and bookish. Baseball season is over for Ethan and here he is showing his trophy. Picture of the team. Close up looking up. He is also ...

The Websters: March 2013
http://liwebster.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 28, 2013. T-ball, trains, and a hospital stay. However, I think that I sold it pretty well as an adventure with mommy and getting to have a sleepover at the doctors. In fact, when we did his check up a few days later, he was very disappointed to not be able to sleepover:-) Too bad he doesn't understand how expensive his two night "sleepover" was. Getting ready to hit. Hit it the first time! Stretching for the school jog-a-thon. Cute kids, even with his swollen face, poor guy. Porter News ...

Friday, May 16, 2014. Easter and a newborn. Harrison Wade Webster is here! We are thrilled to add another redheaded boy to our family. He was born the night before Easter and after days of false labor starts. When he decided to come though, it was very quick. Three pushes and he was out! I am grateful for him and the spirit he has already brought into our home. And I LOVED having my parents and Cory's parents come help out. Here's some pics:. Lincoln reading in the laundry basket one day. We are adjustin...

Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Crafts and a bunny. We have a couple of baby bunnies that like to come to our porch in the morning. The kids call them our pets. With these and the dog next door that Ethan takes on walks, we can now have the best of both worlds- no messy pet to take care of, but we can enjoy them all the same;-). Riding bikes one sunny day. Annalisa was dancing and pretending to be Rapunzel with bare feet. Laying in the grass- love this girl! Ethan playing catcher in one of his games. Crossing t...
