Poetry by Me and Others! Now, this skirt was long enough, but to sit comfortably on a stool in front of class, while drooling, I instantly regretted my decision. I asked a few questions that somehow refocused my students. I also became a bit more confident and comfortable with reading and I could put more emotion into the story. March 18, 2012 at 8:50 pm. Today I sat down and created a calendar of the days remaining in the semester and wrote down all of the things I have due in the coming weeks. I feel completely overwhelmed with how much stuff I still have to do! On another note…. I haven’t written about any of my PSII (pre-student teaching 2) experience as of yet, and I feel inclined to express my emotions and feelings about this experience. Spring Break and…Observing. Spring Break and…Observing. March 18, 2012. My cousin, Melissa, is a fourth grade teacher at Immaculate Conception School. In Clinton, NJ and invited me to observe her classroom for two school days over my spring break. Having always been in upper elementary (gr. 6) or middle level (gr. 7-8) placements, I was very excited to observe the lower grades in which my certification entailed. An issue when you are ten years old, and tennis balls on the bottom of chairs are a must!
