Members of the Kiwanis Club Of Newport Harbor sponsored the new organization for their growing neighbor to the North. Since its inception, the Club has itself sponsored new entities for the Kiwanis family, including clubs in Westminster, and Huntington Beach's Surf City Breakfast Club. The Kiwanis Foundation of Huntington Beach was incorporated in 1997 to provide a tax exempt vehicle for funding charitable work in Huntington Beach. The Foundation is building an endowment of tax-deductible donations to support youth oriented and senior citizen projects in our city.
