In Liz Jeneid’s Natural Dyeing workshop we imprinted our papers with flowers and leaves by clamping them between ceramic tiles using strong metal paperclips to hold everything together. The sample above was made by Cathie using leaves and bougainvillea and folding the paper in quarters. The clamped tiles are shown below. Above: Liz pressed a red camellia and this is what she got! Above: My pages using prunus leaves, passionfruit vine and a wire mesh for patterning.
