Robotic Shed is now some kind of legal entity that will, at some point, file accounts. It has a director (me) and a shareholder (also me). I stopped short of also appointing myself secretary on the grounds that it just seemed greedy. The intent is now to apply for Microsoft’s BizSpark. November 25, 2013. March 17, 2011.
