We find small producers of unique wines with great stories, not the best known. We taste the wines and select the best wines we add to our portfolio. Only a small percentage of wines we taste are featured in our wine club and receive the Cocoa Diva – Approval. We pair our featured wines with artisan chocolates. Chocolates are picked to balance the flavors of the wines we select. Each pairing is tasted to ensure the percentage of chocolate compliments the complexity of the wines we feature.
