My journey to become a happier, healthier me. WEEK 7 – Weigh-In Wednesday. July 29, 2015. July 31, 2015. What a change in tone from last Weigh-in’s post. I’m so pissed. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ll continue to keep going on this journey, but this gain sure is a slap in the face considering I’ve been tracking meals and working out. I’m continuing to learn and try new things when it comes to food. I’m building on good habits, so I’ll take that as a positive. Just have to keep going despite this crap.
