Caitriona: Architecture of a wedding
http://caitriona.blogspot.com/2013/08/architecture-of-wedding.html
This is the Gaelic name for Catherine. A pilgrim with Scottish, Irish and English heritage. Sunday, August 04, 2013. Architecture of a wedding. You may seal your vows with a kiss". I don't believe that I have ever been to a wedding where the minster said, "You may seal your vows with a kiss." And those were the words that Patrick said after Grace and Austin exchanged their vows and rings. It suited this wedding so much better than "You may kiss the bride.". After some deliberation the date of the 4th of ...

This is the Gaelic name for Catherine. A pilgrim with Scottish, Irish and English heritage. Monday, December 31, 2012. The Name of Jesus. There are so many things that I have been discovering and praying about these days, yet I have failed to write about them here. Sometimes they end up on an index card or in the margin of a book or even in a hand written journal. Walking perfectly with the Father. Obedience meant denying himself. Leaving his home in glory to have no home here. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Pause the crazy. just for a second. It's so nice to peek in here once in a while, see what's going on with y'all. what's new? I think I said I'd post about robotics. Seeing as last Tuesday was ship day. might as well post now :P. FRC stands for FIRST Robotics Competition. FIRST stands for "For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology". And there it is. There if anywhere else we realize that humans are fallible- and how amazing it is that God is perfect. My team has given me the opportuni...

earthly eyrie: Oh Spontaneity
http://earthlyeyrie.blogspot.com/2010/02/oh-spontaneity.html
The moon stared at the earth, at the tiny busy people moving, moving, never stop. She glanced at Him, as He watched beside her, then looked back, leaned down—. A child followed his mother around the marketplace, his little red hat bobbing and swaying as he turned, stopped, what’s here? Zip, zap, zoom: he’s off! Tubby legs runrunrunrun, little arms swing, swing. His mother turns in worried circles, frantically searching for him. Oblivious, he crawls up a ladder, where does it go? Looks up, and sees Him.

The quiet one} a short storie that is turning into a long one! It'll either take 4 more months or a weekend, depending on what happens. I'm almost done with {aleluia}! The lyrics are done, the melody is done, so now I'm working on making sure the chords are right. I've dug up three sets of lyrics I wrote last year but never got the melody to. So I'm planning out when I'm going to finish the melodies. I found several free-verse poems in my Wheatstone notebook today, so I'm going to revise and post them.

earthly eyrie: in-verse

Here, you thought. It IS almost March, after all. But the leaves fall. And you know, really,. It's just autumn in disguise. Now, you thought,. A respite-time to grow and keep. But the waters rage,. And you know, really,. It's just anger in disguise. Come, you thought,. It will get better,. And the skies clear,. And my eyes clear,. But it rains,. And you know, really,. F (x) means do to x whatever f means. And f (-1)(x) means do the opposite. If seasons were functions. I'm stuck in the inverse.
