I don't want to imply that God does it to remind us that things are good, and that we are blessed, but I will say that when times are good, and I have the inability to see it, I find that something reminds me of how lucky I am. He is now 8 lbs 2 oz and because of his fabulous weight gain, we do not have to go back to the pediatrician until his 2 month visit.
