Stay hip with the Hipple's. Mark, Adrienne, Cala, and Ethan. Sunday, June 26, 2011. I got really crafty this spring, it was so much fun! It all started with an egg wreath for the front door. I saw the idea on this blog. And convinced my friends that they should also have egg wreaths. It looked so cute on the blog, but making it ended up being quite a process. First we had to go shopping for the stuff (hello just-opened Hobby Lobby! And finally putting it all together. And here's the finished product!

I love the candy and telling those I love how important they are to me. Cala and I made and decorated some sugar cookies. The kiddos waiting to eat some cookies. notice Ethan's teary face. he wasn't waiting so patiently. Thankfully, grandma Chris saved the day! She dropped what she was doing and came right away to pick Cala up for her party.

Monday, October 25, 2010. One of Chad's bday presents was his favorite cereal lucky charms. We heard a rat chipping away at something in the other room and found that shea really wanted them also. The bag was drowning in slobber. For the kid class we teach at church we made hand puppets and named them Pablo and Pete (those were the first names that came to my mind). Sunday, February 26, 2012. Shea makes Chad carry her around on his shoulder because she likes to be his parrot. Yes, she repeats everything he says. I try giving the boys more responsibility like cleaning up after dinner. It is proving to be not really worth it, this is the left over noodles still in the pot and uncovered :(. For super bowl sunday we went to a friends house for good food, great commercials and awesome company. The kids are taking their card game pretty seriously. Good effort.i guess?
