Fort Process | Lost Property
http://lost-property.org.uk/fortprocess
Terry Riley at 80. Fort Process is a one day sound and art festival that currently resides in Newhaven Fort, East Sussex. The event is curated in a way that creates dramatic interactions between the acoustic and physical properties of that space, and the work presented in an around it. In 2016 Fort Process returned for its second edition, with an expanded line-up and capacity, and a theme celebrating movement and light. We will be posting photos and videos of this soon. Review in The Wire.

Argue With Silence!: Do We Clap Now?
http://arguewithsilence.blogspot.com/2010/02/do-we-clap-now.html
Music and other things. Monday, 22 February 2010. Do We Clap Now? Interspersed with a few photos and clips from the archive]. He was looking into one of those shops that sells trinkets and crystals and chakras and lots of holistic nonsense, and I walked past him thinking, "Weirdo." You see, when I'm in a hurry, everyone blocking my path is insane. A weirdo after all? There are so many ways i...

Monday, November 28, 2011. Review: Colour out of Space Festival, Brighton, Sunday, 13th February, 2011. Breath Dance,' a cool hokey cokey in which the film stops, jumps back, moves on to create a stylised dance of pedestrians in Trafalgar Square. 'I'll raise you like a mother,' by Violaine Bergoin. Then on to Vinyl Terror and Horror. Final thoughts: a fantastic weekend. Large emphasis this year on sound poetry, hardly any jazz, lots of interesting films and multi-media, Colour out of Space back and f...
