Dinsdag 23 november 2010. Potatoes (1 large one each person). What do you need for preparation? 1 Peel the potatoes and cut them in slices (1 cm). 2 Cut the potatoes into sticks (1 cm). 3 Wash the fries. Dry all the pieces thoroughly in a clean dish towel. So they won’t stick and this will keep the oil from splattering. 4 Divide the potato sticks into batches of no more than 1 cup each. Do not fry more than one batch at a time. 7 Repeat for all the batches. 8 Heat the oil to 160 ° Celcius.
