Aeroflot Reh - Baking, Cooking, Recipes: Joconde Imprimé
http://aeroflotreh.blogspot.com/2011/02/daring-bakers-joconde-imprime.html
To Do / Wishlist. Sunday, February 27, 2011. The January 2011 Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Astheroshe of the blog accro. She chose to challenge everyone to make a Biscuit Joconde Imprime to wrap around an Entremets dessert. This was going to be my first challenge at the Daring Kitchen, and, I must admit, at first, I really thought that I wasn't going to make this one. But then, I took a closer look at the recipe and wanted to give it a try. It was so delicious, I love desserts with fruits!

Baking Dummy: A Little Recipe For You
http://thebakingdummy.blogspot.com/2010/12/little-recipe-for-you.html
Wednesday, December 8, 2010. A Little Recipe For You. I'm going off for a 10 day family vacation to the Kangaroo-land down under! I shall come back with tons. tons of cookbooks! Anyhow. I made buns last week, but I totally forgot to snap good looking pictures as by the time they were ready, it was already late at night! Those buns were very delightful because, taste-wise, it was the best buns I've made so far. Shape-wise, I need more practice of course. The recipe had me produce four loaves of sweet bread.

Baking Dummy: Japanese Melon Pan
http://thebakingdummy.blogspot.com/2011/01/japanese-melon-pan_8771.html
Sunday, January 2, 2011. Am disappointed at myself. Since looking at this recipe a few months back, I've been wanting to try this so bad. But the result was, my melon pan was disastrous. Even though I followed the recipe through and through, inarguably I made a few major mistakes during the breadmaking process, resulting in a failed bunch of melon pans. My melon pan. They look like this defeated, fat cookies instead of buns :p. I tried Happy Home Baking's recipe. From Happy Home Baking. Flatten the dough...

Lauren's Little Kitchen. This is a feeble-minded attempt to organize the things I’ve cooked-ish and written about here. Obviously, it’s not that simple, because I’m really special, and sometimes my posts are disorganized digressions about how I ruined a batch of cookies or ate too many roasted asparagus spears or something. Anyway, onward! A lot of these dinners/meals/experiments don’t even have understandable recipes. I may or may not do something about that. Mom’s Super Easy Spaghetti. Classic Yellow B...
