What you are going to see over the next week is an overt effort by Democrats to politicize the issue of disaster response. They’re right to do it. Conservatives are. A striking contrast is Michael Brown, President George W. Bush's FEMA direc...

Friday, September 24, 2010. To check out more. Sunday, September 19, 2010. Making the Call to Cull. Friday, September 10, 2010. This video for Philip Selway's new song (of Radiohead fame) makes me think of the impact(s) that our decisions have on others, either knowingly or not. Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Tuesday, September 13, 2011. When do we care? Last night during the Republican debate, a question was asked about a hypothetical situation. If a man who is 30, healthy, and free to make the decision to decline having health coverage suddenly needs intensive health care for an extended period, who is supposed to pay for it?
