The Community Transition Program was a $15 million fund to support economic diversification projects in the tobacco growing communities of Brant, Elgin, Norfolk, and Oxford counties. Cost shared proposals that helped to diversify the local economy and create tangible economic benefits were eligible for up to $1 million in funding.
