I was banded 8/2009, and found that both last year, and this year, that I stalled out from January - March. Could be hibernation mode. could be the short days and long nights, could be just that its hard to be motivated when its -2° outside. I wake up each morning, and tell myself Im going to have a GOOD day, Im going to eat good, whole foods, chew-chew-chew, and stop when Im not hungry anymore.
