How many times can you lose the same 10 pounds before you get some sort of badge or award? Tuesday, June 8, 2010. If only my will power was as strong as my desire. I am envious over other people's control and/or disinterest with food. I keep waiting for the day I will wake up and suddenly not really care about the chocolate cake and french fries. Finding the fit girl! 40 by 40 Bucket. I don't track calories or write down what I eat. Relatively" clean and mostly whole foods. No frozen meals, no artificial sweeteners, no HFCS, almost no over processed items. No soda or juice. Lots of water and tea. Use sugar in my am tea but that's about it. Whole grains, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, quinoa, steel oats etc. Always protein with any grain. Use whey protein powder on occasion. Use flax meal and sometime flax oil. Outside food 2-6 times a month max.

Took 4 year old to open gym time and local kids gym. He played, I watched and read a Sesame street booklet on when families grieve. Back to school to write more checks and help friend deliver popcorn to classes. Does that seem like a lot. I've been having major sleep issues and feeling crap tastic during the day. I'm pretty good at dissappearing when I don't want people to know I am failing. Well, life has been nuts for a few months, and I have failed to the tune of about 15 pounds.as in, I have GAINED 15 pounds. Geeeeeeeeze. On a good note, I am still running, still going to the gym and working out, and still feeling healthy. I just need to stop eating! Jack Sh*t, Gettin' Fit.

How many times can you lose the same 10 pounds before you get some sort of badge or award? Thursday, May 13, 2010. I'm my own guinea pig. Trying a few things right now. 1 Eliminating HFCS. Mostly packaged products that I don't eat a ton of.but I am watching for it now, and staying away from it. 2 Not counting calories. I am paying little attention to the number, but everything that goes in is (in my opinion) HEALTHY! 3 Eliminating cheese and nuts for a bit. I miss you Cashew! Jack Sh*t, Gettin' Fit.
